I've got a few:
will I ever get back the equity , cold hard cash I put into my home?
why can't I refinance without paying PMI, when I put 30% down on my home?
If the market is destined to go down another 30% before it breaks this resistance, why shouldn't I take my money and get a safe predictable 4%?
what will happen if lots of other people do this?

But " Army" and"Teachers " in the same sentence scares me.
